Automate
Line Number
Setting

The automate line number setting is found in the bottom half of the Orders
tab:

Note: If you use the Automate Line Numbering option, the application
will automatically assign the line number. (If you are using a host system,
which already assigns line numbers, you probably won’t need to use this
option.)

To have the system automatically assign line numbers, mark the Automate
Line Numbering check box. If desired, enter a starting line number in the
Starting Line Number field (the line number defaults to 10000.) If you do
not mark this check box, you must supply the line number.

When you close the Setup form, your order data will be updated for line
numbers, according to the line number option that you set.

Setting Security

IntelliTrack ISRP helps you protect your warehouse data by providing sys-
tem security options: you can setup a user login and password (if desired)
for each person who uses the system. Furthermore, you are able to control
who has rights to perform specified tasks within the application.

Enabling
Security

When setting security rights, please remember the following guidelines:

Security rights are set in the System Options form/Security tab. To
reach the Security tab from the System Options form, click the Secu-
rity
tab to bring this section to the front. (You may also reach the Sys-
tem Options form/Security tab from main menu: Tools > Security >
Users/User Tasks/Passwords.)
