<Tab> key to advance to the Location field. Click the drop-down
arrow in the Location field and select the new location from the menu
that appears.
The location list includes Locations, UOM and on hand quantity.
If a Let down is needed, a prompt to perform a Let down is displayed.
If the operator pick amount exceeds the quantity indicated by ISRP for
that location, a caution box is displayed. The operator cannot perform a
negative quantity pick from that location. The operator must adjust the
pick quantity or cancel the pick of that item.
If the operator sets a pick amount for an item that has not been entered
into any inventory location, the operator will not be able to set that item
for picking. An item must exist in an inventoried location to be given a
pick amount.
8. When you are finished at this form, select the Do It button to process
the changes. To exit this form and cancel the changes, click the Cancel
button.
9. Click the Close button to exit the form.
Deleting
Order
Information Picking order information is deleted from the system at the Change Pick-
ing Order form. To delete order information, select the order, and click the
Delete button found along the bottom of the form.
If the order contains only one line number item, a dialog appears telling
you that an order must have at least one item:
• Click the Yes button to continue deleting the order information. The
dialog closes and you are returned to the Change Picking Order form.
The picking order has been deleted from the system and the informa-
tion on the form has been cleared.
• Click the No button to cancel deleting the order. The dialog closes and
you are returned to the Change Receiving Order form. The picking
order information remains the same.
