Expiration date: To track expiration dates for items with or with-
out Lots for inventory stored in a location, check this box. If not
enabled, the underlying data is dated 1/1/30 (January 1, 1930).
FIFO picking can also be enabled when the expiration date option is
selected.

FIFO Picking: The FIFO (First In, First Out) Picking option
becomes enabled if the Expiration Date feature is activated. Check
this box to activate FIFO picking.
If enabled, IntelliTrack ISRP lists the locations of items being
shipped in the order of their expiration date. For example, to put
away a box of perishable items into location 1A11 with an expira-
tion date or received date of 3/16/2004 and another box of the same
perishable items into location 1B11 with an expiration date or
received date of 4/20/2004, location 1A11 is listed first when select-
ing a location to pick from when picking an order.

Multiple UOM: Check this box to activate Multiple UOM. If used,
an item can be stored in multiple units of measure. ISRP provides a
Let Down process that converts a larger unit of measure to a smaller
unit of measure. Units of Measure define a base unit (each) of mea-
surement, and then higher increments of the base unit such as carton,
bundle, and case for the items in stock. You are able to list your
defined units of measure at the Units of Measure Lookup table; thus
making them available as UOM selections in various forms in Intel-
liTrack ISRP. For more information about the Units of Measure
Lookup table, please refer to

“Unit of Measure” on page 56

.

Serial number: Check this box to activate the serial number feature.
When activated, you may enter one unique serial number per item.
When used, this feature enables the tracking of inventory using
serial numbers.

UPS WorldShip Support Information: For UPS WorldShip® cus-
tomers, IntelliTrack ISRP offers an integration feature, which sends
picking order data to the WorldShip application. The data received
by UPS OnLine WorldShip from ISRP will populate the UPS
WorldShip Shipping Detail with information such as Company,
Address, Contact Information, and UPS Service Type. The data
exported back to the Shipping form in ISRP for this order will
include the UPS tracking number, shipping charges, and delivery
method. For detailed information about this feature, please refer to

“UPS OnLine® WorldShip®-ISRP Integration” on page 62
