Selecting a
Site Much of the data you will purge will be within a chosen Site in the system.
In other words, the data selections will be purged ONLY for the selected
site. Your default system Site (specified in the Local Site Settings form) is
also the Purge form’s default site. To change the Site, you must have right
to view and modify all sites:
• Click the drop-down arrow in the Site field, and select a site from the
drop-down list that appears:
• Select {All} to purge the selected data from all sites in the warehouse.
• Select a specific site to purge selected data from only that site.
Note: Site, location, picking order, receiving order, and history data are
site dependent. This means that the selected data will be purged ONLY for
the selected Site. To delete this data across the entire application, chose the
{All} selection (for all system sites).
Item information is NOT site dependent. Also, the data selections in the
Lookup Tables section of the form are not site dependent. This means that
the selected item and lookup data will be purged from the entire system.
Do It Processes the data purge and closes the
form.
Close Closes the form WITHOUT processing the
data purge or saving your settings.
