ISRP integrates with UPS OnLine® WorldShip® in two ways:

1.

WorldShip will accept ISRP data through an “import map” that you
must create. This map associates the correct shipping data fields in
ISRP with the correct fields in UPS OnLine WorldShip. This process is
called “keyed import” in UPS OnLine WorldShip.

2.

ISRP will accept UPS OnLine WorldShip data through an “export
map” that you must create. The export map will allow you to associate
the correct shipping data fields in UPS OnLine WorldShip with the cor-
rect shipping data fields in ISRP. This process is called “keyed export”
in UPS OnLine WorldShip.

Important: To integrate IntelliTrack ISRP with UPS OnLine WorldShip,
you must be a UPS customer using UPS OnLine WorldShip 6.0 through
10.0 software to process your UPS shipping activities. The instructions
and examples in this section follow UPS WorldShip v10.0.

To use the WorldShip Integration process successfully, be sure that you
have:

Entered all shipping methods used with UPS in the Shipping Methods
Lookup table in ISRP. For more information about shipping methods,
please refer to

“Shipping Method” on page 54

.

Entered the correct Ship To information in the Ship To IDs tab of the
Customers form in ISRP. For more information about entering cus-
tomer shipping information, please refer to

“Adding Customer Shipping

Information” on page 106

.
