Purging Inventory Data
Inventory data that may be purged, such as site(s), items, and locations, are
found in the Inventory section of the form.
Sites When you elect to purge a Site, all data associated with that site in the sys-
tem will also be purged.
To delete a Site from the system, select the Sites check box in the Inven-
tory section of the form: the Reorder Quantities, Primary Locations,
Locations, Inventory by Locations, Zero Locations, all Picking Order,
Receiving Order, and History data associated with that Site will be also
be purged from the application.
Items When you elect to purge items and items unit of measure, inventory for all
sites will be purged.
Select Items, Items Unit of Measure to purge inventory for all sites. The
Reorder Quantities, Primary Locations, Items by Locations, Zero
Locations, all Picking Orders, all Receiving Orders, all History data,
and Kits will also be purged.
Locations When you elect to delete your location data, all location information for
the selected site will be purged.
To delete all locations for the selected site, select the Locations check box
in the Inventory section of the form. The Primary Locations, Inventory
by Locations, and Zero Locations, as well as all Picking Orders,
Receiving Orders, and History data associated with that Site will be
purged from the application.
Reorder
Quantity When you elect to delete reorder quantity data, all information associated
with item reorder quantity for items in the selected site will be purged.
