To purge receiving history records from the database, check the
Receiving check box.
4.
To remove ALL history data records for the selected choice(s), DO
NOT CHOOSE a date range. To remove selected data records within a
specified date range, enter the range in the Date From and the Date To
fields.
Caution: If no date range is entered, all history records for the selected
choices are removed.
Purging Lookup Data
Lookup table data, as well as customer and vendor records, are purged
from the system via the Lookup Tables section of the Purge form:

Vendors Data
Customer and vendor records are not Site specific, hence all Customer and/
or Vendor records in the system will be purged when you select either
option.
1.
To purge all customer records in the database; check the Customers
check box in the Lookup Tables section of the form.
2.
To purge all vendor records in the database, check the Vendors check
box in the Lookup Tables section of the form.

Lookups
Lookup data is not Site specific, hence when you choose to delete a
lookup, all lookup records in the system, regardless of the Site selected,
will be purged.
