Introduction

IntelliTrack ISRP Lookups help you accurately track site, item, and inven-
tory data by maintaining up-to-date lists for critical information.

Note: Before entering location and item information, it is important to
accurately enter carriers, shipping methods, units of measure, item catego-
ries, and sites into the system, so that this information is available for
selection.

Lookups in the application include:

Carrier

Shipping Method

Unit of Measure

Category

Site

Lookups are maintained in Lookup tables. To reach a Lookup table: select
Manage > Lookups and then select the lookup from the selections in the
ribbon:

The selected lookup table opens. Lookup entries may be added, edited, or
deleted.

Carrier

A Carrier represents an organization (such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS,
etc.), which delivers goods to your location. When entered in the Carriers
Lookup table, the Carriers list becomes available for Carrier selection in
various IntelliTrack ISRP forms, including the Picking Order form. Hence,
it is important to list the carriers that you deal with for delivery and ship-
