5. In the Sequential Bar Code form, click in the Initial Value field (start-
ing point for the label number) and enter the value of the first bar code.
Press the Tab key on the keyboard to advance to the Increment field.
6. In the Increment field, enter the incremental increase of each label
number after the starting number. Press the Tab key on the keyboard to
advance to the Total Qty field.
7. In the Total Qty field, enter the total amount of labels that you want to
print. Press the Tab key to advance to the Qty of Each field.
8. In the Qty of Each field, enter the quantity for each label. Press the
Tab key on the keyboard to advance to the Prefix field.
9. You may enter a label prefix in the Prefix field. (This field is optional.)
The label prefix may be any alphanumeric character. For instance, if
you enter an A in this field, all bar code labels will have an “A” in front
of the bar code.
10. You may enter a label postfix in the Postfix field. (This field is
optional.) The label postfix may be any alphanumeric character. For
instance, if you enter a B in this field, all bar code labels will have a
“B” after the bar code.
11. Click the Preview button in the Sequential Bar Code form to preview
the sequential bar code labels.
12. Click the Print button in the Sequential Bar Code form to print the
sequential bar codes in the label printing software. The label printing
software opens; the Print window appears.
Click the Print button in the label printing software Print window to
print your sequential bar code labels.
