Inventory Item Summary The Inventory Item Summary Report
computes the total item quantity and dis-
plays the minimum, maximum, and reor-
der quantity for the item(s) selected
throughout the system.
Inventory Reconciliation Shows the quantity difference between
the on hand quantity and the inventory
quantity for each item by location. Also
shows the date of the most recent inven-
tory for each item.
This report will only have values if the
Replace On Hand Quantities setting is
turned off in system options.
Inventory W/Pictures Contains the items in the system that
have referenced image files. For these
items, the report gives the item number
and description, image file location and
name, along with the item “each” count,
unit cost, cube size, and reorder quantity
information. It also shows a copy of the
image (i.e., picture). This item information
is given for all sites in the system.
Inventory with Negative
Quantity Filters the inventory with a negative
quantity for each item and location in the
specified Site, or all Sites in the system
and subtotals the negative extended
quantity for the item by site.
Kit Maintenance Form Lists the kits entered into the system by
kit name, item numbers in the kit,
description of items in the kit, unit of mea-
sure for items in the kit, and quantity of
each item in the kit.
