Introduction

IntelliTrack ISRP contains two standard queries: the inventory query and
the item query.

Inventory Query: contains preset inventory data fields and queries
that information by item number or location.

Item Query: contains preset item data and queries that information by
category or kit master name.

To reach the application queries, select View > View in the ribbon. The
Query section of the ribbon contains two options: Item and Inventory.
Select from these options to view a query.

Querying Inventory Data by Item # or Location

You may query inventory data at the Inventory Query form. Inventory data
may be queried by item number or location. The following inventory infor-
mation is displayed in the query:

Site: the warehouse location of the inventory query

Item Number: unique system identifier for the item

Location: area in the warehouse where the item is stored

Unit of Measure: item unit of measurement

On Hand Quantity: amount of the item in stock

Inventoried Quantity: physical count amount of the item

To query inventory data:

Select View > Query > Inventory from the ribbon. The Inventory
Queries form appears.
