Moving an
Item To move an item via the Move Item form, refer to the instructions that fol-
low:
1. If recording a move that was performed by another operator, click the
drop-down arrow in the User field and select the operator from the
drop-down menu list that appears. (The field defaults to the current
logged in user.)
2. Enter a Transaction Reference Code for the move, if desired, in the
Reference # field. (The Transaction Reference Code is not defined by
the application; it is a user-created optional entry.)
3. If multiple sites are selected, in the Move From section of the form,
click the drop-down arrow in the Site field and select the site from
which you are moving the item from the drop-down menu list that
appears.
4. In the Move From section of the form, click the drop-down arrow in
the Item # field and select the item which you are moving from the
drop-down menu list that appears. The item description appears in the
gray field below the Item #.
5. In the Move From section of the form, click the drop-down arrow in
the Location field and select the location from which you are moving
the item. Once selected, the Unit of Measure field, and the Serial #
field beneath the Location field display the relevant information for
this item.

Button Function Description
Let Down Opens the Inventory Let Down form to convert an
item to a lower unit of measure.
Do It Process entries and clear data on the form.
Cancel Exit the form without saving entries.
Close Save data and exit from the form.
