Record

Once an item entry is processed on the Inventory Data form, inventory
information cannot be modified, except for the item quantity. To modify
inventory information after an item is processed at the Inventory Data
form, the inventory entry must be deleted and then re-added. This process
is explained in the instructions below:

1.

Click in the On Hand field of the item that you want to delete.

2.

Enter 0 in the field.

3.

Click the Do It button to process the change.
If the Auto Delete Locations With 0 Inventory option has been

inventory entry.
If the Auto Delete Locations with 0 Inventory option has not been
enabled, the entry will not be deleted automatically when it has zero

In the Inventory section of the form, mark the Zero Locations check
box.
Click the Do It button to process the purge for all locations with zero
