Save As type field. Click the Save In button to browse to the folder in
which you want to save the report.When you are ready to export the report
to PDF or XPS format, select the Publish button. If you select the Open
file after publishing
option, the Publish As PDF window closes and the
report appears onscreen as a PDF or XPS file. It is also saved as a PDF or
XPS file in the location that you selected.

Important: The PDF and Email export options are only available when
running a full version of Microsoft Access 2007 or 2010* (*for Microsoft
Access 2010, IntelliTrack supports the 32-bit version only) with Intelli-
Track ISRP. They are not available with the Microsoft Access run-time ver-
sion.

Important: When using Microsoft Access 2007, in order to export the
report in PDF or XPS format, you must have the Save As PDF or XPS
Add-On for Microsoft Office 2007 installed on your system. This Add-On is
available for download at the microsoft website,

Customizing Reports

IntelliTrack ISRP contains a Customize Reports form that allows you to
add a new report that shows custom data.

Note: To add a new report, you need to have a working knowledge of
Microsoft Access SQL®. A stored procedure must be created and added to
the back end database before it can be accessed from the IntelliTrack ISRP
front end interface. If you are unsure about how to add a report or have

Reaching the

To reach the Customize Reports form, click Tools > Customize > Reports
from the menu bar:
