Enter the shipping street address in the Address 1 field. Press the
<Tab> key to advance to the Suite field.

Enter the Suite for the shipping address, if applicable, in the Suite field.
Press the <Tab> key to advance to the City field.

7.

In the City field, enter the city for the shipping address. Press the
<Tab> key to advance to the State/Province field.

8.

In the State/Province field, enter the state or province in the shipping
address for this customer. Press the <Tab> key to advance to the Postal
Code
field.

9.

Enter the zip code or postal code for the shipping address in the Postal
Code
field. Press the <Tab> key to advance to the Country field.

10.

Enter the country for the shipping address in the Country field. Press
the <Tab> key to advance to the Contact field.

11.

Enter the shipping contact in the Contact field. Press the <Tab> key to
advance to the Phone field.

12.

Enter the phone number for the shipping contact or the shipping area in
the Phone field. Press the <Tab> key to advance to the Fax field.

13.

Enter the fax number for the shipping contact or the shipping area in
the Fax field. Press the <Tab> key to advance to the Comments field.

14.

Enter any applicable comments about the shipping information in the
Comments field.

15.

Select the Save button found along the bottom of the form when you
are finished entering the customer shipping information.

Editing
Shipping
Information

Once the Ship To ID has been added to the system, it cannot be edited. To
edit any other part of the shipping data for a customer, click the drop-down
arrow in the Customer ID field and select the customer whose shipping
information you want to edit. Press the <Tab> key to advance to the field
whose information needs changed, and change the information in this
field. When you are finished editing the information, click the Save button
to save the changes.

Deleting
Customer/
Shipping
Information

You are able to delete a customer record from the Customers form. To
delete a customer record, click the drop-down arrow in the Customer ID
field and select the customer whose record you want to delete. Next, click
the Delete button found along the bottom of the form. The customer record
will be deleted from the system, including the customer’s shipping record.

If you wish to delete a shipping record ONLY, click the drop-down arrow
in the Customer ID field and select the customer whose shipping record
