4. Click the Open button. The IntelliTrack navigation window closes, and
the picture is imported into the Item Data form. The network file loca-
tion for the picture appears in the PictureLocation field.
Establishing
an Item Unit of
Measure All Units of Measure (UOM) entries in the Measure Lookup form are dis-
played in the Measure field drop-down list. You may also enter a new
UOM in the Measure field of the Item Data form. To assign a unit of mea-
sure to the selected item:
1. In the Item Data form, click the drop-down arrow in the Measure field
and select the UOM from the list that appears, or enter the Unit of Mea-
sure in the Measure field.
2. Enter the Unit of Measure conversion in the Conversion field.
For example, if you select Each as the Unit of Measure in the Measure
field, enter 1 in the Conversion field. Or, if you select Box as the Unit
of Measure in the Measure field, and a box of this item contains 10
units, enter 10 in the Conversion field.
3. Enter the Unit Cost for the item (based upon the conversion rate) in the
Unit Cost field.
