3. Select the folder in which to save the export file in the Save In pull-
down list.
4. A file name with the .txt extension is automatically entered in the File
Name field. You may change the file name; however, the file extension
must remain .txt.
5. Click Save to export the file to the selected location.
Note: With a full version of Microsoft Access, you are able to define File
Type, Field Separator, ,etc. For more information about creating a custom
export, please refer to
“Exporting Data” on page 314 .
