Enter the site and location by selecting from pull-down lists or entering
new values.
If you enter new values, click Yes to add these sites and locations to the
database.

5.

Enter the on-hand quantity for this location.

6.

After entering the site, location, and quantity data for the added item,
click the Close button to close the Item at Location form and return to
the Item Data form.

Adding Items to Locations

Note: Inventory can also be created by following the instructions in

Add-

ing Items to Locations

using the Item#/Location form or the Location/Item#

form.

1.

From the ribbon, select Manage > Inventory > Item/Location option.
The Item/Location form appears.

2.

Select the item to be modified from the Item List field pull down
menu.

3.

Then select an item and click the Add Item to Location button.

4.

A dialog appears asking you if you want to add inventory to the loca-
tion. Select Yes to close the message and continue adding the item to
the location.

5.

The Item at Location form appears. Enter the on-hand quantity for this
location.

6.

Select a Site and Location for this Item from the pull-down lists.
