Reports that don’t require criteria definitions display the View or Print
buttons at the bottom of the Reports form. Click either of the buttons to
perform the desired function.
Many of the reports permit the definition of a set of criteria by defining
Item#, Category, Date, Location, Lots, Expiration Dates, etc.
When finished defining criteria, click either the View or Print button to
perform the desired function.
When you preview the report onscreen, print and export options are
available for the report. For more information about the options avail-
able when previewing the report onscreen, please refer to the next sec-
tion.

Previewing
the Report
Onscreen

When you preview the report onscreen, an IntelliTrack Report command
bar and ribbon options appear above the report. Report preview options
include print options and export options.

Print Options

When you preview the report onscreen, two print options are available in
the ribbon:

Print: Select the Print option to print the report via the Print window.
At this window, select a printer to send the report to, and select report
printing options.

Quick Print: Select the Quick Print option to accept printer default
settings and automatically print the report to the default printer.

Export Option

While previewing the report onscreen, export options are available in the
ribbon. Select the PDF or XPS button to export the report in .pdf or .xps
format. When you select this button, the Publish As PDF or XPS window
appears. At this window, the report name appears in the File name field,
.pdf appears in the Save As type field; .xps is also available as a file type
option. Click the Save In button to browse to the folder in which you want
to save the report. When you are ready to export the report to the selected
format, select the Publish button. If you select the Open file after pub-
lishing
option, the Publish As PDF or XPS window closes and the report
appears onscreen as a PDF or XPS file. It is also saved as a PDF or XPS
file in the location that you selected.
