Sum Inventory on View: check this box to automatically update
inventory quantity when you open the View Inventory form. If not
marked, the quantity information in the View Inventory form may not
be accurate. However, when you select or highlight an item in the View
Inventory form, the quantity is updated immediately to reflect the cur-

Note: Enabling the Sum Inventory on View option slows system

data generated by this option.

If using the system only for inventory counts, turn this option off to

turned off, your system will not generate history data for history
reports.
