Note: To send only the required system data (language options and User
IDs), do not set any options in the Send Data tab.
2. If security is enabled in the system, the Enable Security check box is
available in the Send Data tab of the Main form. In the Send Data to
CE Device portion of the form, mark the Enable Security check box to
activate security in the Batch Portable Application on the handheld
device; user ID and password information (if applicable) will be sent to
the Batch Portable Application.
3. Mark the Send Sites check box to send site information to the handheld
device. The Site List field becomes enabled.
When you elect to send site data, the location and inventory selections
are enabled.
4. Click the drop-down arrow in the Site List field to select All sites or a
specific site to the Batch Portable Application on the handheld device.
5. When you mark the Send Sites check box, the Send Locations check
box becomes enabled. To send location data to the handheld device,
