4. To delete Units of Measure Lookup Table data, mark the Measure
check box.
5. Click the Do It button to purge the selected data. The following mes-
sage appears.
Select Yes to close the message box and continue deleting the selected
data. When the data is purged, you are returned to the dashboard.
Select No to close the message box and cancel deleting the selected
data. You are returned to the dashboard.

Empty
Locations If your system uses lots and/or expiration dates, the database may build up
a number of locations with 0 (Zero) quantity. This happens because each
lot and expiration date creates a unique record in the Inventory by Location
table. When new lots and dates come into the system, old lot and date
information holds a position in the Inventory by Location table.
Locations in the database with a zero quantity may be deleted to clean up
the database. To purge empty locations, please refer to the steps below.
1. Select Tools > Purge > Empty Locations purge option from the rib-
bon. The following message appears, asking you to confirm that you
want to delete all locations with zero (0) inventory.
2. To continue purging this information, select the Yes button. (Selecting
No will cancel the purge.) A message appears telling you that the purge
was successful and the information has been deleted.
3. Click the OK button to close the message. You are returned to the dash-
board.
