Sequential: create a new sequential label in the label printing software.
Custom: create a new custom label in the label printing software.

Click the New button found along the bottom of the form.
The New Label form appears.

Enter the label name in the field along the bottom of the form.

5.

Click the OK button to close the New Label form and continue creating
the new label. (Click the Cancel button to cancel making the new
label). The label printing software application opens the new label file.

6.

Edit the label file in the label printing software.

7.

When you are finished, save your changes to the label and close the
label printing software application. You are returned to the Bar Code
Labels form in the Inventory application. The new label is found in the
label list for the selected label.

Editing an Existing Label Format

You must have the full version of NiceLabel to edit a label format. NiceLa-
bel must be purchased separately. Contact IntelliTrack Sales at

To edit an existing label, please refer to the steps that follow.

1.

Select Reports Command Tab > Barcodes Command Set > Barcodes
Selection. The Bar Code Labels form appears. In the Label Type por-
tion of the form, select the label type that you want to edit.
Location: edit location labels for a specified label size in the label
printing software.
Item #: edit item number labels for a specified label size in the label
printing software.
Item #/Description: edit item number and description labels for a
specified label size in the label printing software.
Item #/Location: edit an existing item number/location label for a
specified label size in the label printing software.
Sequential: edit an existing sequential label for a specified sequential
label size in the label printing software.

The list of preformatted labels for this label type appear in the Label
List portion of the form to the right. Select the label format that you
want to edit from the Label List to the right.
