As the data information is sent to the handheld device (localization
changes, data selections such as sites, locations, inventory, etc.), an Int-
elliTrack screen with a status bar shows you the status of the data being
loaded into the Batch Portable application.

When the data transfer is successfully completed, the status bar on the
handheld device displays the message “successful download” and auto-
matically closes, returning to the Main screen.

From the Main screen, select the Batch Portable application to open it.
The application will contain the newly sent data. For more information
about using the Batch Portable application, please refer to
Uploading Data to the Batch Portable Utility
Information for transactions performed on the handheld device such as
inventory moves and physical inventory counts are uploaded to the Batch
Synchronization Utility via the synchronization process. The data synchro-
