The Batch Portable Application supports the physical inventory, move
from, and move to transactions as listed in
Table 9, “Batch Portable
Application Transactions,” on page 233 .
2. If you are using multiple sites and have multiple sites in the Batch Por-
table Application database, you may search by site. Tap the drop-down
arrow in the Site field and select the site by which you want to search
inventory.
3. To view the Physical Inventory transactions, tap the drop-down arrow
in the Transaction field and select Physical Inventory.
To view the Move From Inventory transactions, tap the drop-down
arrow in the Transaction field and select Move From.
To view the Move To Inventory transactions, tap the drop-down arrow
in the Transaction field and select Move To.
4. The Search Results portion of the screen displays the Search Results.
The transaction or transactions that match the search parameters are
listed in the Search Results portion of the screen.
The number of records displayed in the Search Results portion of the
screen are listed in the Record Count field.
5. To clear the Search Results portion of the screen, tap the Clear button.
6. When you are finished at this screen, tap the ok button or the Windows
Close icon (X) to close the screen and return to the Main screen.
