Setting System Options
System options are set in the Options portion of the form. To set system
options, please refer to the instructions below.
1. Click the Options button found along the bottom of the form.
2. The Options portion of the form is brought to the front.
The following options are available:
Caution:The History Logging, Pictures, and Site options alter the way
Inventory operates. Test your application with sample data to determine
the best operating environment. With the exception of the Pictures option,
once your options are set, DO NOT reset them because it may result in
data conflicts or unexpected results.
Site: check this box to track multiple sites in the system. Each site can
have unique storage locations.
Lots/Cust/Serial#: mark this box to track your inventory items by lot.
Exp Date: to track expiration dates for items with or without Lots for
inventory stored in a location, check this box. If not enabled, the under-
lying data is dated 1/1/20 (January 1, 1920).
Use 24 Hour Times: The time format displayed here must match the
time format set in the Windows Regional Settings control panel.
