The Create User form appears. Enter the user name in the UserID field;
press the TAB key on the keyboard.

The cursor is placed in the New Password field. Enter the password in
the New Password field; press the Tab key to advance to the Verify
field. Re-enter the password in the Verify field to confirm it.
If you do not want to assign user passwords, leave the password field
blank. A blank password is a valid password.

Select the Close button to close the form when you are finished.

You are returned to the Users form; the newly added user is found in
the User ID column:

The newly added user has a security level of “1” by default. To set the
user access level, select the new user ID in the User ID column (place
