For Windows Server 2008, when the ISAPI-dll mapping are complete,
set the feature permissions. Click Edit Feature Permissions... under
Actions in the far right pane of the window. The Edit Feature Permis-
sions window appears.
16. Make sure that the Read, Script, and Execute check boxes are marked.
17. In the left pane of the window, right-click on the Default Website
node; a right-click menu appears. Select Restart from the right-click
menu.
