The Portable check box is marked by default. When the Portable
check box is marked, it enables the user to collect data on the portable
device by sending this user to the portable user list. Please note that if
you are using a CE batch portable, security is enabled at the Send Data
to CE Device form. For more information about using the CE Batch
application, please refer to

“Data Upload and Download” on page 187

.

Repeat steps 2-7 to continue adding new users.

After you are finished entering new users, click the Close button.

The new user(s) are added to the User Login list the next time you
logout of the application and log back into it, the next time you close/
reopen the application.

Editing the
User ID

To edit the User ID refer to the instructions that follow.

1.

Click Tools Command Tab > Security Command Set > Users Selec-
tion; the Users form appears:

Next, click inside the user name in the User ID column for the user
name that you would like to edit.
