Viewing the

Default Site
To view the inventory at a specific location, please refer to the steps below.
1.
From the Location/Item# form, select a location to view from the
Select Location pull-down list.
To view the locations of all Inventory, select (All) from the Select
Location pull-down list.
2.
The contents of the location specified in step 1 appear in a table.
Moving an
Individual
Inventory Item
To move an individual item from the Location/Item# form, please refer to
the steps below.
1.
From the Location/Item# form, place the cursor in the row of the item
to move and select the Move button.
The Move Item form appears.
2.
To reference this transaction with an Order# or Move Reference#,
enter the data in the Job/Ref# field and press TAB.
3.
In the To portion of the Move Item form, select the site of the location
to move the item to from the Site pull-down list.
4.
Select the location to move the item to from the Location pull-down
list.
5.
Define the quantity of the item to be moved in the Quantity to Move
field.
To move all available quantities, select the Select All button.
