• User Defined: Stores user defined item data in user defined fields,
which must be enabled.
• Reorder Quantities: Stores the reorder quantity range for an item as
well as the cycle count interval.
• Units of Measure: Handles a single item’s various UOMs if Multiple
Units of Measure is enabled for the system.
• Primary Location: Stores Primary Pick Locations for an item.
Review Mode
When the form is in Review mode, you are able to review item records in
the database. In this mode, records cannot be processed or deleted. You are
able to switch to Add mode or Edit mode while in Review mode. To place
the form in Review mode, and view data for an item, click the drop-down
arrow in the Item # field and select the desired item from the list that
appears. Data for this item populates the form fields, and the form tabs
become enabled.
Add Mode
To place the form in Add mode, click the Add button found along the bot-
tom of the form. The form fields and the tabs are enabled so that you can
add the new item data.
Edit Mode
To place the form in Edit mode, click the drop-down arrow in the Item #
field and select the desired item number from the list that appears. Next,
click the Edit button found along the bottom of the form. The form fields
and tabs become enabled and you are able to edit the selected item.
