Setting System Options
IntelliTrack WMS options are set in the Options tab.
Important: Options must be activated before use.

To set system options, click the Options tab to bring this section to the
front.

The Options section of the form contains the following selections:

Log History: Check this box to enable the Log History option. The
Log History option enables your system to continually monitor
warehouse activity by tracking specific inventory, receiving, and
picking transactions throughout the system, which may be viewed at
the View History form. History information is also included in sev-
eral system reports. If disabled, your system will not generate ongo-
ing history data.

Log History Totals: This option becomes enabled if “Log His-
tory” is selected. Check this box to enable Log History Totals.
When enabled, each applicable history record contains the total net
balance quantity for the item.

Pictures: Check this box to enable the Pictures option. The Pictures
feature uses Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) technology for
display and editing. Image files are imported into the WMS applica-
tion and linked to a network file location. If enabled, you are able to
import an image file for an item into WMS and view the item picture
at the Item Data form\Item Master tab. (Select Manage > Inven-
tory > Item Data from the ribbon to reach the Item Data form.)

Show Object Name in Title: To enable this option, check this box.
