Utility File
Types When using the Import Export Utility for importing a data file, the file
must be a tab delimited or fixed width file, which must include a specific
format. The file type options and the file requirements are explained in this
section.
Import File Type Options
The supported Import/Export file type options are provided here.
Picking Export Exports specified picking data to a specified text file.
Note: The system will communicate line number
information back and forth.
Picking Import Imports picking data from a specified text file into the
WMS database.

Tab Delimited Expects a delimited file (.txt) with each field
separated by tabs only.
FixedWidth A very specific and less flexible file; it is for sys-
tems that can only provide fixed width output;
each field must be the same width in every
