3. Press the <Tab> key to advance to the Method field.
4. Enter the new delivery method for the selected carrier in the Method
field. It is now part of the Methods list.
5. Click Close to exit the Shipping Methods lookup table.
Editing a
Shipping
Method Shipping methods are edited at the Shipping Methods lookup table. To
edit a shipping method entry from the Shipping Methods lookup table:
1. If you want to edit the carrier, place the cursor in the Carrier field. A
drop-down arrow appears. Click the drop-down arrow to view the list
of carriers entered in the system. Select the carrier from this list.
If you want to edit the shipping method, place the cursor in the Method
field and edit the entry.
Your changes are now recorded in the shipping method entry.
2. When you are finished with your changes, click Close to exit the Ship-
ping Methods lookup table.
Deleting a
Shipping
Method Note: Deleting a Shipping Method from this table will not delete it from
any records that may be using it.
You are able to delete a shipping method entry from the Shipping Meth-
ods lookup table. To delete a shipping method from the Shipping Meth-
ods lookup table:
1. Scroll to the line of the entry you want to remove, and click in the line.
2. An arrow appears in front of the line entry, indicating that this line has
been selected. Click in the arrow at the front of the line to select the
entire line.
3. Press the [Delete] key on your keyboard.
4. A query box appears, asking you if you are sure you want to delete this
record. To continue with the deletion, click Yes. (To cancel deleting this
carrier, click No.) The record is deleted from the list.
5. When you are finished at this lookup table, click the Close button to
close the table.
