Intervals
You are able to set a reorder quantity, a minimum quantity, a maximum
quantity, and a cycle period for an item. The minimum, maximum, and
reorder quantities for an item as well as the cycle period (the waiting
period between cycle counts, also called the cycle count interval) are
stored in the Item Data form at the Reorder Quantity tab.
To enter or edit minimum, maximum, reorder quantities and the cycle
period for an item, refer to the instructions that follow:

Select an item and place the form in Edit mode; or, if adding a new
item, click in the Reorder Quantities tab to bring this tab to the front:

In the Minimum field, enter the minimum quantity level for this item
at this site. Press the <Tab> key to advance to the Maximum field.

In the Maximum field, enter the maximum quantity level for this item
at this site. Press the <Tab> key to advance to the Reorder field.
4.
In the Reorder field, enter the quantity level at which to reorder this
item. Press the <Tab> key to advance to the Cycle Period field.
Note: Items can have different minimums and maximums for each site.
5.
Enter the wait period, in days, for this item between cycle counts in the
Cycle Period field.
6.
The date of the last cycle count is entered automatically in the Last
Cycle field.
