When you are finished viewing all the record information about the
form title, click the Close button to exit the Forms Using Selected Title
form and return to the Language form.

Enter the customized name for the form prompt in the User Titles field.

Click the Save button to save the customized name to the system.

7.

Click the Close button to close the Language form. The customized
form prompt name is now set in the application and is applied to the
applicable forms.

Enabling a Form’s User-Defined Fields

Various IntelliTrack WMS forms contain user-defined fields. For example,
the Item Data form contains the user-defined fields Item User 1 through
Item User 24 in Item Data form/User Defined tab.

User-defined fields allow you to add specific data to a form. By default,
user-defined fields are not activated or defined. They have generic titles
(such as Bill to User 1, Bill to User 2). To define and activate these fields
refer to the following steps:

While using IntelliTrack WMS, you may come across a user-defined
field that you want to use. For example, the Item Data form contains a
User Defined tab with twenty four user defined fields:
