Introduction

IntelliTrack WMS Lookups help you accurately track site, item, and inven-
tory data by maintaining up-to-date lists for critical information.

Note: Before entering location and item information, it is important to
accurately enter carriers, shipping methods, units of measure, item catego-
ries, and sites into the system, so that this information is available for
selection.

Lookups in the application include:

Carrier

2.

Shipping Method

3.

Unit of Measure

4.

Category

5.

Site

Lookups are maintained in Lookup tables. To reach a Lookup table: select
Manage > Lookups and then select the lookup from the list.

The selected lookup table opens. Lookup entries may be added, edited, or
deleted.

Warning: When entering data in the application, DO NOT USE special
characters or quotes with the exception of dashes, dots, and spaces. Except
for dashes, dots, and spaces, if you use special characters or quotes when
entering data in the application, the database will become corrupted. For

Carrier

A Carrier represents an organization (such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS,
etc.) that delivers goods to your location. When entered in the Carriers
Lookup table, the Carriers list becomes available for Carrier selection in
various IntelliTrack WMS forms. Hence, it is important to list the carriers
