Using the
Move Pallet
Form To record the inventory movement of a pallet that is moved to another
location, use the Move Pallet form.
1. Because the User field defaults to the current logged in user, if record-
ing a transaction that was performed by another operator, click the
drop-down arrow in the User field and select the operator from the
drop-down menu list that appears.
2. Enter a transaction reference code for the move in the Reference #
field, if desired. (The transaction reference code is not required by the
system. It is a user-created, optional reference code.)
3. If the multiple sites feature is being used, click the drop-down arrow in
the Site field, and select the Site from which you are moving the pallet
from the drop-down menu list that appears.
4. In the Move From section of the form, click the drop-down arrow in
the Pallet field, and select the pallet that you are moving from the drop-
down menu list that appears.
5. To view the inventory that is found in this pallet, click the View Inven-
tory to be Processed button.
The Selected Inventory form appears, detailing the inventory included
in the pending move:
When you are finished reviewing the information about the inventory
included in the pallet, close the form by clicking the Close button. You
