4. Select the user defined field that you want to define from the list (in
this case, we have selected ItemData User 1). When you select a user
defined field, the Enable Prompt check box becomes enabled.
5. Select the Manage Forms button to view all forms that use this
selected title. The Forms Using Selected Title form appears, listing all
forms in which this user defined field resides.
6. When you are finished with the Forms Using Selected Title form, click
the Close button to return to the Language form.
7. At the Language form, enable the user defined field by marking the
Enable Prompt check box (this activates the user defined field you
have selected).
8. Enter the new name for the field in the User Title field.
9. Click the Save button.
10. Click the Close button.
11. Open the Item Data form (Manage > Inventory > Item Data) in edit
mode (for more information about working with the Item Data form,
please refer to
“Adding Items to IntelliTrack WMS” on page 107 ) and
click the User Defined tab to bring it to the front. The ItemData User
1 field has been renamed and is now an active field on the form.
