Unit of Measure (UOM): if this feature is enabled in the System
Options Form/Features tab, and is being used by the system, this form
will list the unit of measure for this item.

Serial Number: if this feature is enabled in the System Options form/
Features tab and is being used by the system, this form will list the
item’s serial number.

On Hand Quantity: the on hand or “available” quantity of the item in
this site location.

Inventoried Quantity: the quantity of the item in this site location
from a physical inventory count. If the Replace On-Hand Quantities
option is selected in the System Options Form/Options tab, this field
does not appear in the form. (The on hand quantity for an item is auto-
matically replaced by the inventoried quantity if a discrepancy exists
between them.)

Inventory Data
Form Buttons

The Inventory Data form contains action buttons along the bottom of the
form to process data. A brief overview of these buttons is found in the
chart that follows:

Update
Inventory

Update the on hand quantity with the inven-
toried quantity. Only available if the Replace
On Hand Quantities selection is not enabled
in System Options/Options tab.

Delete
Inventoried
Values

Clears the inventoried quantity in the Item
Data form. Only available if the Replace On
Hand Quantities selection is not enabled in
System Options/Options tab.

Let Down

Opens the Inventory Let Down form so that
you can convert an item to a lower unit of
measure.

Add

Places the form in add mode so that you can
add record(s) to the database.

Do It

Processes inventory data entries and clears
the form.
