Important: Be aware of the features included with your IntelliTrack WMS
version. The features included with your IntelliTrack WMS version must be
activated before use. For a list of WMS features by version, please refer to

Table 1, “IntelliTrack WMS Features by Version,” on page 3

.

To activate WMS features:

1.

Click the Features tab to bring this section to the front.

To activate a feature or features from the Features area of the System
Setup form, check the check box next to the desired feature.
The following choices are available:

Multiple sites: A Site in WMS represents a warehouse/storage facil-
ity. This feature allows you to enter multiple sites into the WMS
application. Check this box to activate multiple Sites in the system.
If not enabled, the Site field in WMS forms is disabled.

Zones: A zone is a group of locations within a site. When you group
locations into zones, only items from the locations in the zone are
available for picking on the RF portable. Check this box to activate
Zones in the system. If not enabled, the Zone form in WMS is dis-
abled.

Lots: Lots represent inventory grouped together and identified by a
number, alphanumeric character, etc. (the Lot identification is user
defined). To track Lots for inventory item(s) in a location, check this
box. If enabled, IntelliTrack WMS tracks the Lot ID for inventoried
item data.

Expiration date: To track expiration dates for items with or with-
out Lots for inventory stored in a location, check this box. If not
