In the Increment field, enter the incremental increase of each label
number after the starting number. Press the Tab key on the keyboard to
advance to the Total Qty field.

In the Total Qty field, enter the total amount of labels that you want to
print. Press the Tab key to advance to the Qty of Each field.

In the Qty of Each field, enter the quantity for each label. Press the
Tab key on the keyboard to advance to the Prefix field.

You may enter a label prefix in the Prefix field. (This field is optional.)
The label prefix may be any alphanumeric character. For instance, if
you enter an A in this field, all bar code labels will have an “A” in front
of the bar code.

You may enter a label postfix in the Postfix field. (This field is
optional.) The label postfix may be any alphanumeric character. For
instance, if you enter a B in this field, all bar code labels will have a
“B” after the bar code.

Click the Preview button in the Sequential Bar Code form to preview
the sequential bar code labels.
12.
Click the Print button in the Sequential Bar Code form to print the
sequential bar codes in the label printing software.
Note: IntelliTrack, Inc. supports Zebra label printers. The preformatted
labels contained in WMS are designed to use a Zebra label printer.

To change the default printer selection in the label printing software
Print window, click the drop-down arrow in the Name field and select
the desired printer from the list.

The labels are sent to the selected printer and the Print window closes.
You are returned to the labels in the label printing software.
15.
If you are finished printing your labels, close the label files and then
close the label printing software. You are returned to the Bar Code
Labels form in WMS.
Adding a New Label Format
For full label design capability (i.e., the ability to create and edit labels),
the WMS application integrates with the NiceLabel application; however,
NiceLabel must be purchased separately. Contact IntelliTrack Sales at
