Records To Print portion of the form and select the site from the sys-
tem site list.
10. Enter the amount of each label that you want to print in the Qty field
found in the Select Records To Print portion of the form.
11. To preview the selected label or labels, click the Preview button found
along the bottom of the form.
12. To print the selected label or labels in the label printing software appli-
cation, click the Print button found along the bottom of the form.
13. The the label printing software application opens; the Print window
appears. Click the Print button to print your selected WMS labels from
the label printing software.
Note: IntelliTrack, Inc. supports Zebra Label printers. The bar code
labels initiated in the WMS application and printed from the label printing
software application are designed to use a Zebra Label printer.
14. To change the default printer selection in the label printing software
Print form, click the drop-down arrow in the Name field and select the
desired printer from the list that appears.
Printing Sequential Number Labels
The Bar Code Labels form contains a Sequential option in the Label Type
portion of the form. Sequential labels are labels that are based upon an
incremental increase for a specific quantity of labels based upon an initial
value. The data behind the sequential labels is not associated with any
WMS record data; it is strictly based upon the initial value and its incre-
mental increase. To print sequential labels, please refer to the instructions
that follow.
1. From the Bar Code Labels form, select Sequential in the Label Type
portion of the form.
