Configure Port Settings The basic port settings determine how data is received and sent between the
switch and the attached device. You can change these settings to fit your network
needs and to troubleshoot network problems. The settings on a switch port must
be compatible with the port settings of the connected device.
To change basic port settings, from the Configure menu, choose Port Settings.
Table 10 lists the basic settings for the switch ports. To change these settings,
click the radio button next to the port name and click Edit to display the Edit
Physical Port window.
