Install consumables
Apply a thin film of silicone grease on all o-rings.
Do not overtighten parts! Only tighten until mating parts are seated.
Use compressed air to clean out the inside of the torch every time consumables
are changed.
Clean the nozzle
mating surface with a
cotton swab and water
or 3% hydrogen
peroxide.
