Port ID defines unique number for port in Switch. The Port ID is used for port-write request. The ID
coincides with ISF port of connection. Example: 00_0000_01 _ port 1 ( Impl.: IP0, port 1)
00_0001_11 _ port 7 ( Impl.: IP1, port 3).
