NOTE: Bias is applied to the remote
setpoint before it is used, and to the
output of the first controller in cascade
mode, before it is used as the setpoint
of the second controller. Bias is an
offset added to the output. (Controller
Output 1 + Bias ) = Controller 2
Setpoint.
