MAXIMUM DELAYED EVENTS QUEUED AWAITING ONLINE STATUS;
OLDER EVENTS WILL ROLL OFF

Explanation: MQSeries events notification for situations using the
MQSeries _Events attribute group has been delayed until the MQSeries
Monitoring Agent is fully on-line. Because the maximum number of events that
can be retained has been reached, the agent will no longer retain the oldest event
for each new event that is intercepted.
System Action: None.
User Response: This message can occur at startup when the monitored queue
managers’ event queues have many back-logged event messages. Determine the
reason for the MQSeries OMEGAMON Monitoring Agent’s inability to reach
on-line status or its loss of on-line status and correct the problem. This may occur
due to a communication failure with the Candle Management Server. If this is a
new monitoring environment, communication parameters such as
CTIRA_CELL_NAME may need adjustment. If the problem persists, contact
Candle Customer Support.
