Explanation: A VU service request has been successfully dispatched to a thread
process for execution. The address is the address of the VU service parameter list.
The threadId is internal thread number of the task created to execute the service
request.
System Action: VU Server proceeds to execute the requested service.
User Response: None. This is a diagnostic message issued when TRACE
options have been enabled.
KOGVS20E VU THREAD CREATE ERROR= status
Explanation: An attempt to dispatch a VU service request to a thread has failed.
The status value indicates the return code received from the process creation
service routine. This message is issued when the CT/DS address space is not
properly configured or installed.
System Action: VU Server continues to service other requests.
