Explanation: CT/Engine was unable to allocate storage for the ETE or NetSpy
mapping message.
System Action: CT/Engine creates a DUMP and continues processing.

DUMP.

KLVRT031 PARAMETER ERROR
Explanation: CT/Engine was unable to process the mapping message for ETE
or NetSpy interface because of an internal invalid parameter.
System Action: CT/Engine creates a DUMP and continues processing.
